1. The Internet shop automatically and exclusively collects the information included in cookies.

4. The Controller uses the files (cookies) for the following purposes:
a. adjustment of the website to individual preferences of the users. Cookies recognize the user's device and display the site according to the user's preferences;
b. gathering statistics that help recognize the preferences and behaviour of the users. The analysis of such statistics is anonymous and enables adjustment of the content and layout of the service to the current trends. Statistics are also used for evaluation of the website's popularity;
c. the possibility to log into the service;
d. maintaining the session of the user on subpages of the service.
The Internet shop uses two fundamental types of files (cookies) – session and persistent. The session files are temporary, stored until the user leaves the website (by viewing another website, logging out or closing the browser). Persistent files are stored on the user's device until they are deleted by the user or automatically after a time limit.

Other options may be possible in the settings of a particular internet browser. The User should bear in mind that most browsers are automatically set to accept cookies on the device.
The Data Collector informs the user that changing the settings of user's internet browser may result in limiting certain functions of the service's website.
The files (cookies) used by the service (placed on the user's device) may be made accessible to its partners and co-operating advertisers.
